Shobhaji holds an MSW degree in Urban and Rural Community Development from Tilak Vidyapeeth. During her MSW program, she conducted research on health issues faced by the LGBT community, with a special focus on the transgender population.
She has been working as a teacher in a private school since 1996, where she has contributed to the education and development of numerous students. Alongside her teaching career, she has been involved in social work for the past 14 years, striving to make a positive impact on society.
For the past four years, she has been running her own organization called the Yashoda Foundation. Through this foundation, she has been working extensively in tribal and rural areas, focusing on providing support and resources to needy students. Additionally, with the help of Khushi Trust, she has been actively involved in initiatives aimed at women's empowerment, recognizing the importance of uplifting and empowering women in our society.
