Inspired by the Sarvodayi philosophy, he is active in social work for the past fifteen years. He is an MA in Hindi Literature and Journalism. He has worked with Vividh Bharti and Akash Vani as writer. His deep interest in social causes kept him engaged with various social organizations. A deep interest and longing of welfare of children was the main reason for establishment of Khushi. From the outlining of program concept till its implementation, he is involved with all the aspects. He takes due care that all the activities of Khushi are conducted as per the organizational philosophy and that the people for whom the activities are conducted are genuinely benefited.

Jayant Diwan is a full time social worker since the Bihar movement of 1974 under the great social leader Jaiprakash. He has been dedicatedly working in the field of social work since the past 30 years. He is connected with a national organization , “ Janmukti Sangharsh Vahini” , with an ideal of absolute freedom. His work requires extensive travel mostly to Maharashtra, Bihar and Orissa. He is more active in working for Hindu – Muslim unity and unification of society against religious extremism and sectarianism. He has allegiance to Gandhi ideation and he is the president of Mumbai Sarvodaya Mandal. He has 2 Marathi books published in his name, “Mahatma Gandhiche Rajkaranaatil Pahile Paaul” and “Champarancha Itihas”.He has been associated with Khushi for the past 21 years. He actively cooperates in the various programs and Khushi gives forms to its programs in the guidance of Jayantji.

He is one of the founder membders of Khushi. Due to his cordial, polite and social nature, he has a good social network. Shobhaji holds an MSW degree in Urban and Rural Community Development from Tilak Vidyapeeth. During her MSW program, she conducted research on health issues faced by the LGBT community, with a special focus on the transgender population. She has been working as a teacher in a private school since 1996, where she has contributed to the education and development of numerous students. Alongside her teaching career, she has been involved in social work for the past 14 years, striving to make a positive impact on society. For the past four years, she has been running her own organization called the Yashoda Foundation. Through this foundation, she has been working extensively in tribal and rural areas, focusing on providing support and resources to needy students. Additionally, with the help of Khushi Trust, she has been actively involved in initiatives aimed at women's empowerment, recognizing the importance of uplifting and empowering women in our society. Shobhaji's experiences and commitment to social work have driven her to make a difference in the lives of those who need it the most.

Sandip has done his graduation in commerce from K.J. Somaiya College of Arts & Commerce affiliated to Mumbai University. He also completed Government Diploma in Cooperation & Accountancy in 2012 and is enrolled as Sales Tax Practitioner in Sales Tax of Maharashtra Department. He is also an honorable member of Sales Tax Practitioner’s Association of Maharashtra since 2015. He is proprietor of Wealth Wisher Tax Consultancy & professional services. He was an NSS volunteer in his college days a participated in various social activities with various NGO like Navnirmiti, Laadli , NASEOH etc. He is also hosting astronomy programs in all over Maharashtra with Agasti Vidnyan Mitra, amateur Astronomy Group. He is connected with Khushi from 2009.

She is a graduate of B.A.M.S. and an integrated medical practitioner with a special interest in women's health and welfare. She was associated with FPAI as a volunteer and NIMA as an active member in the past, participating in their projects in the fields of new contraception, family planning, reproductive health of women, child immunization, and more. She is one of the trustees of Natyashala Charity Trust, an NGO working with special children to develop their personalities through creative dramatics. She ran a free clinic at Awami E Dara, Agripada, for five years with her doctor colleagues to improve the health of Muslim women and foster social bonding with them. She is also a mindfulness meditation therapist. Through her work with Khushi, she feels she has the opportunity to express gratitude towards society.

Ujwala has been actively associated with Khushi Trust for the past 14 years. With an MSW degree in Women and Child Development from IGNOU, she has a special interest in working with women and children. She has efficiently handled many of Khushi's projects, from planning to program implementation. Due to her exceptional leadership qualities, she skillfully manages her team. She collaborates with many social organizations, addressing a wide range of social issues. Her unwavering commitment to her work stems from her deep awareness and understanding of social issues.
